Road Maintenance

Road maintanence is a separate fee. Our policy is to routinely maintain our private roads. Plus, when funds are available, we offer a 50/50 co-op program for any homeowners wishing to repair their road as a group effort.

Snowplow service for all private roads is a shared community expense billed initially in December. Depending on the severity of the winter, an additional Spring billing may be necessary to cover the total winter bill.

Snowplow service for personal driveways must be arranged by the Wilderness Valley property or homeowner.

Waste Dumpsters

The dumpsters are located on private property as a favor to WVPOA and the rules are posted (see sign below). Your voluntary clean-up of the dumpster area is appreciated. Once a year, Hayes Township has a special refuse collection for batteries, lawn mowers, furniture and building material which are not permitted in our dumpsters
